Wow, congratulations!
I'm just wondering how could you sit that exam, as far as I can see no CS5 exams have become available...
http://partners.adobe.com/public/ace/main.html
I know what you mean, Ed. Adobe's a little slow in publicizing these new exams, but they have announced them in their partner newsletters.
The recertification exams are available at http://www.testrac.com/adobe
You'll need your ASI number and a credit card to take the exam from your home. You'll also need to be certified in the CS4 version of the application to take the CS5 recertification exam.

Well, if you have passed a certification exam previously, then you can take a recertification exam at home. If not, then you will have to find a local PearsonVue center and take the exam in their offices.
The number of questions vary per exam, and I don't have any statistics on passing percentages.
I hope this helps.
